We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary:

• Lead functional engineering teams (Systems Structures Payloads Propulsion) through structured investigations for any FAA-issued Letters of Investigation Compliance Actions Voluntary Disclosures Self-Audit findings and Part 25 Airworthiness Non-Compliances.

• Coordinate with management executives suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on investigation status and resolution.

• Drive regulatory compliance investigations by defining the problem statement performing root cause analysis developing containment and corrective actions and verifying non-recurrence.

• Collaborate with Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) representatives to ensure investigation documentation meets regulatory standards.

• Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure readiness for future challenges and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Masters or PhD in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry from an accredited institution

• 9 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to engage with senior management and technical peers from customers and regulatory agencies

• Experience leading influencing and mentoring diverse teams

• Proven aptitude for taking initiative leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure timely accurate completion

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
