Job Summary
This role is based in our Boston MA office.
As the Senior Software Engineer you will play a key role in designing and developing enterprise web applications. This role will provide new technical challenges and innovate our products technology stack & development processes. You will work in a Lean/Agile team and be focused on delivering value and delighting customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work closely with Software Developers / QA Engineers and the business to build outstanding products
- Design and develop scalable robust secure enterprise web applications
- Provide technical leadership in getting new ideas into production efficiently
- Enhance tools and processes to improve product design/development
- Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and how it relates to business goals and practices
Qualifications :
Knowledge skills and abilities required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 15 years industry experience
- Full stack experience in developing N-tier Java web applications
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE Junit/TestNG Spring Hibernate
- Good knowledge of JavaScript /AngularJS
- Good knowledge of SQL / Relational Databases
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment
- Experience with inter-enterprise software integrations associated tools and techniques.
- Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers.

The salary range for this role is $120K- $163K/YR based on experience.
