Qualifications & certification:
- 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or higher in an ICT related field (e.g. Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems).
Must have the following Certificate:
- Business Analysis Certification. The certification must be aligned to the standards of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and its Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide)
