The FCU Technology team at PwC Polska includes over 100 IT specialists. The financial services industry operates in a challenging environment due to global economic pressures increasing regulatory and capital requirements and significant operational and technological changes. As FCU Technology we provide innovative technological solutions data analytics and consulting services for global PwC clients responding to key challenges in the area of Anti Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering Combating Terrorism Financing Fraud Risk Management FATCA and implementation of financial sanctions etc.).
We are looking for:
AI Business Analyst
Opportunity Identification: Identify business areas where AI can deliver value (e.g. process automation customer behavior prediction)
Problem Discovery & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to uncover pain points inefficiencies and unmet needs even when requirements are unclear or undefined
Solution Ideation & Design: Translate business challenges into innovative AI-driven concepts and collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility
Exploratory Research: Investigate emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on business processes
Requirements Evolution: Develop initial hypotheses and iteratively refine requirements as prototypes and proofs of concept progress
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and technical teams to co-create solutions
Impact Assessment: Define success metrics (KPIs ROI) and evaluate outcomes of implemented AI solutions
Documentation: Create project artifacts such as User Stories Use Cases and UX/UI mockups.
Strong experience in business analysis and solution design within technology or R&D projects
Ability to map user journeys and design user experiences that align with AI-driven solutions
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Understanding of Generative AI concepts and emerging technologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement
Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
Experience with UX research prototyping and usability testing.
