Our programmatic advertising platform the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP) is becoming increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. We believe we understand e-commerce advertising better than anybody else and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for their programmatic advertising.

Our Agency team is looking for an experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join the Amazon Ads team based in Amsterdam. As a Programmatic Account Manager you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise agency and advertiser clients driving the overall adoption of our programmatic advertising DSP. The Programmatic Account Manager has expertise in advertising technology and programmatic advertising and is leveraging this expertise to develop our customers into proficient users. You nurture customer relationships identify/close revenue driving actions and develop your agency portfolio. Additionally you will be able to leverage Amazons proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customers business goals. This role is highly collaborative working with Sales GTM Creative & Product. The Programmatic Account Managers strategic digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our agency partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the relationship with trading desk managers and provide consultative services such as onboarding feature training continuous product usage consultation and industry best practices.
- Use knowledge of Amazon Advertising full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.
- Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
- Own all facets of the account management process for agencies and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
- Use first-party and third-party insights to build pre-flight in-flight and post-flight campaign-level recommendations that lead to revenue outcomes or increased customer satisfaction.
- Educate agencies & advertisers on performance metrics category trends/approaches and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
- Advocate for customers internally and utilize internal resources to drive customer success.



- 2 year of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles

- Strong analytical experience
