Job Description:
Lead product strategy and execution for a fast-growing platform entering a phase of significant commercial and technical expansion. Drive discovery delivery and team growth partnering with engineering and commercial teams to build world-class experiences in sustainability. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with high impact.

What you will do:

Own the end-to-end product vision roadmap and prioritization across all product areas.
Personally lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex technical areas.
Manage and grow a high-performing product team (PMs Design QA).

The ideal candidate:

Significant experience leading product teams in B2B SaaS.
Comfortable diving into technical detail understanding systems data models and APIs.
Proven ability to scale a product organization (hiring mentoring coaching PMs).
