As Chief of Staff you will act as a strategic right hand to the executive team driving high-priority initiatives across finance operations and product delivery. This is a hands-on operator role where you will solve complex problems build decision-making frameworks and ensure organizational alignment as the company scales its protective digital solutions globally.

What you will do:

Drive the companys highest-priority work by turning strategic plans into clear delivered outcomes across the business.
Lead complex cross-functional projects including launch readiness and operational improvements to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Build and maintain the companys operating rhythm including financial modeling performance tracking and executive-level decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate:

2-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup scale-up or VC-backed environment in an operations or strategy role.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with a strong bias for action and execution.
Exceptional commercial and financial literacy with the technical skill to build models and the communication skill to lead company-wide initiatives.
