Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide operations and maintenance support for overseas business systems
Monitor maintain and optimize application systems
Resolve end-to-end system and data issues related to sales or business operations
Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management
Coordinate with business users IT teams and external vendors
Support continuous improvement of system stability and performance

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
Experience in IT operations application support or system maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-regional environment
Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

Technical background in enterprise systems
Experience supporting overseas or global business systems
The Package:
Attractive Basic Salary - From RM4500 up to RM 10000 based on experience)
