Job Summary
Job Position: QA/QC Engineer
Salary Up To RM4000
Location: Klang
Job Descriptions:
- To coordinate and monitor production quality assurance inspection / checking.
- Able to handle complaints from customer and control of suppliers product quality.
- Follow up the quality feedback and monitor effectiveness of countermeasure.
- Maintenance of project quality system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Reply customer complaint report.
- Defect part analysis
- To create work instruction / SOP / OPL to ensure operator understand on process.
- Inspection machine program setting such as CMM and VCAD
- Provide new sample training to all QC staff.
- Conduct Reject part sorting activities.
- Decide part inspection criteria.
- Attend customer meeting if required.
- Attend external/internal audit if required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia English Mandarin
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
- Willing to be based at Klang.
