Marketplace P&L Lead Beauty/Cosmetics (IC Role)

Location: Hyderabad Reporting to: CMO

Role Summary:

Seeking a hands-on marketplace leader from the beauty/cosmetics industry with proven ownership of 100 Cr annual GMV/P&L. The role focuses on driving growth across e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms as an individual contributor.

Requirements

Key Requirements:
- 512 years of marketplace P&L leadership in beauty FMCG or D2C brands
- Proven experience scaling 100 Cr GMV on Amazon Flipkart & quick commerce
- Strong expertise in Amazon SPN FBA Brand Analytics Ad Console Flipkart Ads
- Experience in quick commerce onboarding SKU optimization & pricing/margin analytics
- Hands-on with tools like Unicommerce Assiduus or similar
