Job Description:
The Deals Coordinator (Trades & transactions Dept.) is the first point of contact for both agents and clients. They will help our agents coordinate deal paperwork and respond to incoming inquiries from clients and other brokerages in an organized and timely fashion. The Transaction Coordinator must be an outstanding communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
Provide general support for the agents when they are out of office
Maintain up-to-date client and deal records
Prepare paperwork for deals
Coordinate with clients and agents to ensure all aspects of a deal are met on time
Managing incoming calls forwarding and providing messages to staff
Be a point of contact in handling customer inquiries
Oversee and execute special projects as they arise. This will include but not be limited to: researching property neighborhood and other information developing marketing and promotional materials and more
Qualifications
You possess a high level of computer proficiency (bonus if you have worked with software such as Stratus MLS Lone Wolf Docusign iXact Contact Slack Adobe)
You enjoy working online and with new technology
You are obsessed with list-making and organization

Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: Previous real estate experience and proficiency with WebForms/TransactionDesk. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel) and social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Service-oriented professional and positive demeanor. Comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Thrive under pressure with tight deadlines. Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed (not often). Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
