As a Site Administrator you support site operations by coordinating manpower managing onboarding processes and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple projects. You serve as a key liaison between employees management union halls and business partners to ensure smooth daily workflow. Your strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask contribute directly to project efficiency and compliance.
What would you be doing
- Coordinate manpower requirements and liaise with union halls and business managers.
- Organize onboarding tasks including camp accommodations site access and new-hire documentation.
- Review and validate timesheets labour equipment and material entries for accuracy.
- Collaborate with payroll and site leadership to resolve discrepancies and support billing inquiries.
- Maintain digital and physical personnel records spreadsheets and administrative systems.
- Support daily communication and administrative needs for site management and employees

Qualifications :
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and remain composed in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with data entry reporting and computerized systems (including Microsoft Excel).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of workforce agreements (GPC NMA PLA) considered an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in office or business administration is an asset.
