Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid
Location: Richmond VA (supports Richmond-area clinics including Colonial Heights)
Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid (monthly on-site required)
Compensation: $85000$100000 per year based on experience
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Richmond-area clinics including Colonial Heights in a hybrid capacity. This role allows for remote clinical work with a required on-site presence at least once per month for supervision collaboration and quality assurance.
The selected BCBA must be willing to obtain a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
This position is ideal for a BCBA who values meaningful hybrid flexibility strong clinical and leadership support and a stable long-term role with a sustainable workload.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Willingness to obtain Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Experience providing clinical supervision
Strong documentation data analysis and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
