We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Operations Analyst to support and optimize client-facing operational processes in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will analyze workflows monitor performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze client operations data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
Support the execution and optimization of client onboarding service delivery and account management workflows
Develop and maintain operational dashboards reports and performance metrics
Collaborate with client services finance technology and compliance teams to resolve operational issues
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in developing standard operating procedures and process documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational audits
Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with internal policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Finance Analytics or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of experience in operations analysis business analysis or client operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data visualization tools and reporting systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting client-facing or service-oriented organizations
Familiarity with CRM systems ERP platforms and workflow automation tools
Knowledge of SQL BI tools or process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $75000 $105000 USD commensurate with experience skills and geographic location
