Job Summary
- Lead strategic infrastructure and sustainability initiatives shaping the future of the Universitys campus.
- Drive innovation and resilience in engineering services and asset management.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $160962 $167203 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Campus Management is responsible for planning developing and managing the Universitys campus and property portfolio to support teaching research and campus life. The team delivers a comprehensive range of services including estate planning capital projects maintenance and sustainability programs.
About the opportunity
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for engineering services and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee strategic asset management lifecycle renewal planning and utilities management.
- Influence the integration of environmental sustainability principles into campus infrastructure.
About you
- Degree or higher-level qualifications in Mechanical Electrical Building Services or related Engineering discipline.
- Eligibility for Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent professional membership.
- Demonstrated success in strategic asset management and infrastructure planning in a large complex organisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Commitment to sustainability climate action and continuous improvement.
