ROLE OVERVIEW
We are supporting a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry who are seeking a DeputyManager to join their team in the London area. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique chance to work on Oral Solid Dose (OSD) projects utilising cutting-edge techniques such as HPLC UV FTIR and physical and stability testing.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Deputy QC Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Lead manage and oversee the quality control team.
2. Conduct and supervise testing using HPLC UV FTIR and physical and stability for raw materials and finished products.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Contribute to method validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Deputy QC Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in chemistry pharmaceutical science or a similar field.
2. Proven industry experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HPLC UV FTIR and physical and stability testing.
