We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager who will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
- Train cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
- Track sales efforts monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Must be proficient with CRM and DMS
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- F & I Experience a plus
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
