MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS & ZONES
Shelf / Distribution Implements distribution on priority packages in line with RBNA recommendations and each retailers ACV objectives. Ensures all base schematics meet Red Bull standards for product flow package mix Fair Space Index and placement in the strike zone.
Price Proactively sells Red Bulls optimal pricing by using best practices and available tools. Tailors presentations to address customer needs and support shared business goals. Secures pricing and promotional programs that are aligned with Red Bulls internal guidelines.
Promotion Develops an annual promotion calendar consistent with the chains headquarters objectives. Persuasively presents Red Bull standards and price points in a way that resonates with customer needs. Ensures all promotions are supported with effective point-of-sale materials and incremental display placement.
Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD) Adapts sales pitches to meet account objectives while building effective permanent merchandising. Assesses return on investment before recommending specific point-of-sale materials or customized solutions. Executes merchandising in accordance with Channel Strategy guidelines.
MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS
Establishes a wiring model that ensures communication with all regional chain decision-makers.
Routinely engages in activities to build partnerships and create strong connections at the regional/zone level with assigned chains.
Sets up monthly reviews with priority areas to align and connect on execution plans.
Develops the necessary tools and business review templates to ensure Red Bull personnel and local Distributor Partners (DPs) are reviewing consistent data nationwide.
Regularly engages in activities to build relationships with Base Commanders and establish strong connections at bases within the assigned region.
BUDGETS/ANNUAL PLANNING
Ensures regional compliance with annual Customer Marketing Agreements from chain headquarters for all designated areas of responsibility.
Manages travel entertainment and tactical spending in accordance with the assigned budget.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Works with the Senior Manager to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of all regional divisional and banner-level programs and promotions.
Collaborates with the Category Management Team to evaluate the ROI of pay-for-space agreements and communicates key insights to the Channel Lead.
Leads post-promotion analysis in collaboration with the Category team for all programs in order to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
Develops business relationships that enable Red Bull to obtain relevant retailer scan data basket analysis data and similar information that informs future strategy and improves understanding of consumer purchasing patterns.
BUSINESS REVIEWS & RELATIONSHIPS
Conducts quarterly business reviews to update internal and external stakeholders on business performance channel competition opportunities and related topics.
Proactively shares examples of Red Bull marketing activities to highlight key points of difference from competitors.
Provides energy-related insights that drive changes in promotion pricing distribution or merchandising practices.
Regularly engages in activities to build relationships and strengthen connections with key accounts beyond the basic level.
Thoroughly analyzes their business and customer sales in order to define priorities and areas of focus.
COMMUNICATION & TEAMWORK
Uses appropriate communication methods to keep DPs brokers and DPMs informed about regional divisional and banner-level programs and initiatives for their assigned chains.
Regularly visits DPs and brokers to maintain personal contact and ensure open lines of communication.
Maintains open communication with relevant regional and DP personnel to ensure effective implementation of programs.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of sales and key account management experience with a strong record of success preferably in the beverage CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries or within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation.
Experience managing chain accounts across multiple channels.
Military channel experience is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources (e.g. Circana).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
An innovative solution-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A bachelors degree is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92000 - $138000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
