Job Summary

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Technical Project Engineerto perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction MD. area. Our team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture engineering development integration deployment configuration management project management and network security services to the global enterprise as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of IT related experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science or related discipline is required. 16 years total of IT related experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  • Experience ensuring that the project delivers to government expectations on time and to budget.
  • Ability to perform elaborate analyses and studies and prepare reports and give presentations.

Salary Range Estimate:

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peratons total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses short- and long-term incentives and program-specific addition Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.

Target Salary Range

$176000 - $282000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
