Were looking for a true hands-on Application Engineer who enjoys working directly in the code solving real problems and keeping production systems running smoothly. This role is centered around supporting and improving an established business-critical application not designing from a distance.

What Youll Do:

Work directly within a live production application troubleshoot issues implement fixes and deliver enhancements
Write and maintain clean reliable full-stack code using .NET Python and JavaScript
Support daily application operations and help ensure performance stability and uptime
Partner with internal teams to understand needs and turn them into practical technical solutions
Maintain and optimize SQL queries and relational database structures
Improve application performance functionality and overall user experience
Participate in testing deployments and ongoing application maintenance
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen system reliability

What You Bring:

Strong hands-on full-stack development experience in production environments
Solid expertise Python JavaScript and SQL/relational databases
Proven ability to troubleshoot and work confidently within existing or legacy codebases
Experience supporting and improving live applications not just building from scratch
Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and business teams
