Technical Solutions Engineer
Full Time Remote (Tri State preferred)
We are seeking a technically strong client-focused Implementation Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of tailored solutions using our cutting edge PaaS platform. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of engineering customer success and business strategy.
You will act as the technical conduit for client implementations - translating business requirements into scalable architecture guiding projects from kickoff through go-live and ensuring long-term platform success.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the platform.
- Develop detailed implementation architectures technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle from discovery through production launch.
- Establish timelines manage technical risks and ensure successful delivery against milestones.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Diagnose and resolve integration configuration and performance issues using strong debugging skills.
- Lead technical workshops and implementation sessions with stakeholders.
- Communicate progress risks and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
- Provide structured feedback to influence roadmap enhancements.
- Partner with Sales to deliver technical demonstrations and contribute to solution proposals for strategic opportunities.
- Support clients through launch and adoption ensuring a seamless transition to steady-state operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong programming foundation: C# preferred
- Experience designing or integrating with APIs
- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong documentation and engineering discipline
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field
- Background in System development and client-facing technical roles
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with REST APIs Kubernetes and relational databases
- Prior customer-facing experience is highly valued
