Job Summary

Technical Solutions Engineer

Full Time Remote (Tri State preferred)

We are seeking a technically strong client-focused Implementation Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of tailored solutions using our cutting edge PaaS platform. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of engineering customer success and business strategy.

You will act as the technical conduit for client implementations - translating business requirements into scalable architecture guiding projects from kickoff through go-live and ensuring long-term platform success.

This is an ideal opportunity for a software engineer who enjoys solving real-world business problems working directly with clients and influencing product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the platform.
Develop detailed implementation architectures technical specifications and delivery plans.
Own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle from discovery through production launch.
Establish timelines manage technical risks and ensure successful delivery against milestones.
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Diagnose and resolve integration configuration and performance issues using strong debugging skills.
Lead technical workshops and implementation sessions with stakeholders.
Communicate progress risks and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
Provide structured feedback to influence roadmap enhancements.
Partner with Sales to deliver technical demonstrations and contribute to solution proposals for strategic opportunities.
Support clients through launch and adoption ensuring a seamless transition to steady-state operations.

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong programming foundation: C# preferred
Experience designing or integrating with APIs
Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Strong documentation and engineering discipline
Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field
Background in System development and client-facing technical roles
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with REST APIs Kubernetes and relational databases
Prior customer-facing experience is highly valued
