ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Assisting the Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building.
Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
Overseeingalloperationsincludingmaintenancecapitalimprovementsleaseadministration budgetingforecastingreportingcollectionsevictionsvacancyanticipationmarketinglease renewals service contracts expense control audits etc.
Providingsuperior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to
enhancecustomer satisfaction andincreaserenewals revenue reputation and profitability.
Completelease/renewalpaperworktoensurecompletiontocompanystandards.
Trackandevaluateadvertisingandallclienttraffic.
LeadingbyexampleInstillingmaintainingandmodelingtheCushman & Wakefieldmission
tobethebest national management company.
Superviseday-to-dayoperationsofentireon-siteteamensuringthatallCushman & Wakefieldpoliciesand procedures are being followed.
Maintaineffectiveon-sitestaffthroughinterviewinghiringandcoachingteamasnecessary.
Maintainresidentsfilesinaccordancewithcompanysstandards.
Maintainapositivelivingenvironmentforcommunityresidentsthroughpromptconflict resolution
and consistent follow-up.
Manageandmaintainallaspectsofoverallcommunitybudgetandfinances.
Workwithleasingstafftoensurethatleasing/marketinggoalsarebeingmet.
COMPETENCIES:
Effective communication and customer service skills
Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
General office bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Determineleasing opportunitiesofstaff and work on goal setting; improving the performance of each staff member.
Supervise day-to-day operations ofteam ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures arebeing followed.
Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals arebeing met.
Be able to manage a team
Perform any other related duties asor assigned.
IMPORTANTEDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred
High School Diploma GED Technical or Vocational school
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
3 yearsof Property Management experience
1 years of Management experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This joboperatesin a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filingcabinetsand fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
