What you will do:
Own recruitment for key roles either directly or via agencies/tools
Run core HR processes: onboarding performance feedback and policies
Advise managers and leadership on organisational design and people issues
The ideal candidate:
4 years in HR talent acquisition or people operations
Proven experience building or scaling teams in high-growth environments
Strong communication discretion and stakeholder management skills
