Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant who has a passion for supporting young people helping to enhance their learning and nurture their social and emotional development.

Your opportunity

We are looking to appoint a motivated Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis providing behavioural and social support high-frequency intervention and regulation support for an individual pupil. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about pupil wellbeing and committed to making a positive impact on a childs learning journey.

  • A dynamic enthusiastic and motivated individual
  • Ability develop positive relationships with young children
  • Ability to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
  • A committed individual who is able to work as part of a team including working closely with outside agencies
  • Ability to relate exceptionally well with children and to go that extra mile to help them achieve
  • Be a confident and clear communicator with parents

The Details

Start Date:As soon as possible

FTE Salary: 23651

Pro Rata Salary: 17662.17

Pay Range: GLF Associate Grade 2.1

Hours:31.25hrs - Monday Friday 8.30am - 3.15pm(Term time 39 weeks)

Closing Date: Sunday 4th January at 9.30am

Interview Date:Thursday 8th January2026
