• Implement controls and monitoring to prevent transport-related incidents and system instability.

• Manage SAP archiving strategies and operations to optimize system performance and database growth.

• Plan and execute archiving projects in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

• Ensure compliance with data retention policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor archiving processes and address any issues impacting business operations.

• 8 years of experience in IT operations with at least 5 years in roles involving people management and technical leadership.

• Experience working within structured IT operations frameworks and processes.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) for effective communication with global teams and leadership.

• Knowledge of SAP archiving concepts tools and best practices.

• Experience managing Redwood RunMyJobs Control-M or similar enterprise workload automation platforms.

• Familiarity with SAP transport management and change control procedures.

• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Configuration Management).
