Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to provide vital support across property campaigns client engagement and operational processes across our Healthcare & Retirement Living Team. Working closely with the APAC Head of Transaction Services this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve results.
- Prepare property reports submissions contracts and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with campaign materials using tools like InDesign Canva and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and agencies.
- Coordinate meetings and events manage communications and maintain CRM data to support client engagement.
- Handle billing invoicing and reconciliation ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Maintain SharePoint libraries proposal templates and team documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is a plus.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar support role (property industry experience desirable).
