Team Leader

We are on the lookout for a superstar leader to join our high performing Gold Coast & Ballina team.

Reporting to the Area Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health work and life!

In this role you will get to explore the sunny beaches & green hinterlands on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions. You will lead the Gold Coast & Ballina teams with this opportunity open to be based from either the Gold Coast or Ballina branch.

Relocation support is provided for interstate candidates looking for a move to Sunny QLD!  

 As a Team Leader some of your day to day includes: 

• Lead coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
• Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
• Support onboarding training and ongoing development of team members
• Overseeing quality assurance file reviews and compliance with service standards
• Foster a high performing values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
• Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Physiotherapy Social Work Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA ESSA ASORC or AASW
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
• Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
