Recruiter Auto Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities Were looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment to join our dynamic this role youll be instrumental in sourcing engaging and building relationships with exceptional candidates across a variety of roles - especially in the specialized Auto Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) industry.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent via job boards social media referrals professional networks and internal databases.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach including cold calls and targeted email campaigns.
Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in-depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.
Candidate Experience: Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive professional and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

What Were Looking For:
2 years of recruiting experience
Experience in Construction Engineering or Automation is highly valued
High energy positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Bachelors degree preferred (but not required)
Ability to work on-site at our Des Moines Iowa office
