Job Summary
Job Description:Data Scientist AI Solutions & Frameworks is a highly strategic and consultative role responsible for defining the solution architecture and analytical framework to address complex client business challenges. This role moves beyond model development to focus on incorporating Generative AI Agentic AI and other advanced techniques into scalable repeatable frameworks that drive commercial impact for our ResponsibilitiesClient Problem Structuring & Framework DesignAct as a lead consultant to internal and external stakeholders diagnosing complex business problems and translating them into a definitive multi-stage analytical solution and architect end-to-end AI pipelines that utilize both traditional ML and modern Gen AI components to create repeatable high-value solution blueprints for client delivery on achieving measurable business outcomes by ensuring the proposed framework maximizes client value and is scalable across multiple AI Infusion & InnovationLead the integration of Generative AI (LLMs/VLMs) into solution frameworks for tasks like information retrieval automated summarization and content and prototype solutions leveraging Agentic AI and orchestration tools to automate complex multi-step business processes such as dynamic forecasting and intelligent claims the innovation agenda staying current with vector database technology prompt engineering and the Responsible AI -Sales and Thought LeadershipSupport pre-sales activities by serving as a subject matter expert presenting sophisticated AI solution concepts to prospective clients and shaping technical QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree Masters degree or MBA in a quantitative field such as Data Science Computer Science Statistics or Operations Research or equivalent practical : Minimum of five years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or data science role with at least two years focused on consulting solution architecture or framework Skills:Generative AI Expertise Proven experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging LLMs Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Expert proficiency in Python (including advanced ML/DL libraries) and strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS Azure or Systems Experience with distributed computing such as PySpark or Databricks and modern data warehousing like Skills: Exceptional ability to structure unstructured problems highly developed communication skills for executive-level consultation and proven success in guiding cross-functional Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity with external experience defining solution architecture for Agentic AI in Cloud Architecture or specialized AI/ML domains.
