Job Summary
- Develop clear concise and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and designers to gather technical insights
- Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials aligned with product updates
- Identify opportunities to enhance product usability through documentation strategies
- Mentor other technical writers and contribute to team growth
- Partner with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to align educational content with business goals
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of developer tools security workflows or DevOps environments
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- 3 years of relevant experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Cybersecurity and/or Media industry experience
- Background in content strategy UX writing or product documentation
