Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Chatham United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for friendly and professional individuals to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with various in-store tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Multitasking ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
