Our client is a NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Principal Business Analyst to join their team.
As Principal Business Analyst you will be the expert authority on all technical and business analysis during discovery design development and go-live. Support legacy system decommissioning and transition to a new flagship digital platform (CRM / BPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery activities to understand current-state applications services and user needs. Ensure alignment with the programs digital strategy enterprise policies and standards and agency objectives.
- Act as a liaison across business technical and executive stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions. Collaborate with Product Managers Service Designers Architects and others to ensure alignment between program objectives and user needs.
- Own the specification of business requirements for the platform including user workflows customer experience data usage and integration points. Translate complex policy operational or technical requirements into clear actionable user stories and epics with acceptance criteria
Selection Criteria:
- Experience with multiple new platform or application builds and system cut overs
- CRM / BPM product experience. Understanding of AI and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical documentation and collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

1. Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business or equivalent experience in the provision of generalist human resources advice and consultancy services. 2. Previous proven experience in leading organisational change projects in complex environments. 3. Strong understanding of change management methodologies including relevant employment laws regulations and policies.
