We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Hirepool and Store Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
In this hands-on role youll be responsible for the daily coordination and effective management of our fleet vehicles plant and store operations. Youll liaise with Hirepool suppliers to ensure we have the right gear on site at the right time oversee maintenance of our fleet and equipment and keep our stores organised and fully stocked. Youll also supervise a dedicated team champion health and safety and help us deliver projects on time and within budget.
In addition to the above you will:
Managing Fulton Hogans fleet of vehicles machinery and equipment including scheduling maintenance.
Coordinating with Hirepool and suppliers for equipment bookings returns and repairs.
Overseeing all aspects of store management from procurement to inventory control.
Supporting a team allocating tasks and fostering a positive safety culture.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
Monitoring utilisation and keeping accurate records for fleet Hirepool and stores.
Identifying and resolving operational challenges on the fly.

Were looking for someone with:
Current Class 1 full licence with wheels and forklift endorsement
Previous experience in fleet equipment hire or store supervision (essential).
Competent with IT systems including Microsoft suite (excel word outlook)
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in people management and leading a team.
Sound understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
Forklift licence and W endorsement is essential
Experience with general yard maintenance and knowledge of how to clean machinery is preferable
