- Resolution ( Unsecured & Secured)
- Chalking out the various possible Legal strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts for the region
- Proficiency in DRT / Civil / Arbitration Process / Criminal and other legal remedies
- Facilitating effective Execution of EPs Civil Suits and other legal activities
- Appointment of Advocates Legal Councils Performance monitoring
- Mentoring Legal Agents / DRAs.
- Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting.
- Consistent and effective follow up and negotiation with the customers.
- Laisoning with Lawyers Economics Offence authorities police and other statutory authorities.
- Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.
- P&L of the Branch
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Legal DRT / Civil / Criminal with collection exposure
- Knowledge of documentation relating to Legal and Arbitration Process.
- Knowledge of Local legal producers
- Drive for Results
- Effective communication skill
- Ability to work on multiple locations
- Having good contacts in local Police authorities and law enforcement officers
- Team player Passionate energetic fast learner & a game changer
