Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a highly talented team of materials personnel supervisors technicians assemblers and others to deliver on commitments to our customers and our business.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements and promote a safe working environment for our employees and visitors.
- Oversee and integrate repair and overhaul and inventory management processes.
- Create and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain and reducing repair turnaround times.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency reduce lead times and minimize costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering planning logistics finance and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams and leadership to uphold established quality standards.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on integration and optimization or equivalent type of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management.
