What Youll Do

Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Source attract and engage candidates through innovative channels and campaigns.
Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles ensuring readiness for future talent needs.
Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch customer-focused approach.
Provide insights and expertise on recruitment trends data and technology to inform decision-making.

Your Profile

Bachelors degree
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Experience in recruitment processes sourcing methodologies and candidate engagement (Mexico and US)
Passion for connecting people with opportunities and delivering excellence in talent acquisition.
