Our client needs a trilingual experienced technical recruiter in either Sao Paolo or Mexico City. The client is in the pharma industry. You will be working on roles such as: data engineer ms exchange engineer etc.
Qualifications :
- Must be fluent in: English Spanish and Portuguese
- 3 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Must reside in either Sao Paulo or Mexico City
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles such as data engineers and MS Exchange engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple languages and cultures
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
