The Opportunity

At UserTesting we help organizations create better experiences by getting fast relevant feedback from real users. As an Enterprise Account Executive youll be at the forefront of that missionexpanding our footprint across the APAC region by engaging with upper mid-market and enterprise-level organizations (1500 employees).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing collaborative Go-to-Market team and drive meaningful impact through strategic growth and customer relationships. Youll manage the full sales cycleboth for new business and expansion within existing accountsbringing a consultative value-based approach to every interaction.

Youll work closely with cross-functional partners including solution consultants customer success managers and services teams reporting into our experienced global GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across a defined territory in APAC

  • Execute a consultative solution-based sales process aligned with our sales methodology (MEDDPICC)

  • Identify and engage high-potential departments within large organizations to uncover use cases for UserTesting

  • Articulate the business and technical value of the UserTesting platform across multiple stakeholders including C-level

  • Proactively develop tailored proposals that demonstrate strategic value and ROI

  • Accurately forecast and manage a pipeline of six-figure deals using Salesforce and associated sales tools

  • Collaborate internally and provide feedback to shape future product and solution development

  • Prioritize time and resources effectively to drive maximum impact

Requirements

  • Proven success in an Enterprise SaaS sales role with experience owning and closing six-figure deals

  • Demonstrated ability to sell into complex matrixed organizations and across multiple verticals

  • Comfortable managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and discovery to closing and expanding

  • High levels of emotional intelligence adaptability and resilience; a team player with a drive to win

  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce Clari Outreach 6Sense ZoomInfo and Google Suite

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build champions and influence senior decision-makers

  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and collaborate in regional UserTesting offices
