We are seeking a technically strong strategic Engineering Manager to lead a software team in the Monitoring Solutions (PCS-MS) Engineering organization. As Functional Manager you will guide your team through advanced software design development integration and product delivery for MS Centrals products.
You will align technical execution with cross-functional priorities balancing stakeholder inputs from Product Systems and Verification teams while focusing on robust product quality Reliability scalable software solutions. You will also drive talent development and global collaboration to advance the MS roadmap.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of planned software releases on schedule and with high quality standards
- Optimize team productivity and predictability through effective strategies (AI Tool integration Automation).
- Foster continuous improvement in systems and processes across teams.
- Promote a culture of quality reliability customer focus innovation cost-effectiveness compliance urgency and transparency.
- Supervise project implementation and report candid progress to leadership.
- Champion Agile software development practices.
- Inspire and Encourage team participation throughout product development phases.
- Collaborate with peers across engineering manufacturing sourcing service and supplier Product marketing and quality functions.
- Ensure robust processes for SDLC code reviews FMEA testing DFR and deployment to maintain product reliability.
- Lead creative solutions for complex product and system design challenges.
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to meet release commitments.
- Drive a GEHC culture operating principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer/Electronics/ Software Engineering or related STEM field.
- Prior experience in leading engineering teams is preferred.
- 12 years of leadership in product development.
- 3 years leading teams or managing programs.
- 5 years in medical product development across global teams.
- Proven ability to deliver results across multiple projects.
- Strong UI UX software engineering skills.
- Responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.
- Deep understanding of secure software development.
- Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills Ability to energize and inspire.
- Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements business demands and technical risks/issues
- Knowledge of regulated healthcare industry and global standards.
- Experience planning and executing complex product development cycles.
- Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change.
