Software scrum master

Your Role:

• You will take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working within state of the art mobile radio base station development
• With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development
• Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement
• Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program
• Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence
• Still be able to code part time and keep technical knowledge

Qualifications :

Required Skills:

• Min 8 years experience
• Strong grasp of embedded systems and agile way of working and development environments incl automated development environment using Jenkins or similar tools
• Min 4 years experience of C programming
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Telecom mobile system knowledge
• Experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker Kubernetes microservices
