As a Production Test Technician youll be hands-on with advanced electronic systems validating their performance and durability under real-world conditions. Engineer precision by developing test specifications methods and procedures from technical drawings standard work and detailed diagrams

Be the voice of insight by assisting in technical reports that summarize findings and recommend smart actionable solutions to complex challenges

Lead with impact by guiding a small team of technicians within your functional area fostering collaboration and excellence

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work weekend shift.
  • Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word Excel Timekeeping system ERP system Routing etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
  • This position requires access to technology materials software or hardware that is controlled by US export order to be eligible for this position you must be a US Person under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • 2 plus years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Ability to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or an individual who has protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
