Lumina Agency INC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep repair and continuous improvement of our assigned properties and facilities. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and general repairs
Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical plumbing and structural issues
Ensure facilities remain safe clean and fully operational
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service needs
