Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management: Monitor resolve and escalate system issues.
Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Change Management: Review and oversee system changes without disruption.
Service Excellence: Ensure SLA compliance and deliver performance reports.
Leadership: Mentor junior staff and coordinate team operations.
Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes and train staff on new systems.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in application support with at least 6 years in banking.
Strong knowledge of core banking payments (SWIFT ACH RTGS) data warehousing.
Handson with SQL Oracle Unix/Linux Windows Server AS400.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos Splunk.
Bonus: ITIL methodology scripting cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Independent proactive and excellent communicator.
