Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Production Equipment Technician Broadridge El Dorado Hills CA
- Maintain and repair production equipment for maximum uptime and reliability
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all production machinery including archival storage/retrieval equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using technical bulletins manuals and troubleshooting plans
- Respond promptly to technical support calls to ensure minimal downtime
- Log all support calls and maintenance activities in technician tracking systems (e.g. FIIX)
- Install troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring controls and computer hardware related to production equipment
- Relocate and support installation of new production equipment as directed
- Track and report parts usage; provide inventory input to management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA maintenance record requirements and uphold all safety procedures
- Foster a positive work environment and provide feedback on junior technician performance
- Must be able to stand throughout shifts and lift/move 25 lbs as needed
- Requires 3 years experience in a production environment with equipment repair proficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under time constraints required
