Job Summary
OR RN - 5x8hr shifts. Call: 2-3 days/week every 3rd weekend
NO LOCALS - perm address must be 50 miles from facility. Please include perm address in submission

Requirement description :
- 2 years CURRENT hospital experience - REQUIRED
- OR circulate experience with ortho (including total hip total knee) general surgery gyn podiatry urology ENT ENDO - Required - Please include correct checklist.
- Arterial line Central Line IV start skills - Required
- Vent & BiPAP experience - Required
- Current PALS Certification - Required
- BSN - Preferred
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
- Licenses certs in hand (and current)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
