LVN Nursing Home- Lubbock TX
cTrace Solutions is seeking LVN at Lubbock TX. This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and benefits.
Location: Lubbock Texas
Compensation: $40/hour (DOE) Bonuses plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 2 pm- 10 pm (Requirwd to work every other weekend)
First 5 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (32 hours a week)
Contract length: 6 months contract (High likelihood of extension)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients
- Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Perform clinical tasks such as collecting lab work and conducting health screenings
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Support infection control efforts and quality assurance programs
- Participate in training and mentoring new LVNs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in advanced nursing skills including gastrostomy tube/enteral feedings Foley catheters and tracheostomy care
