Job Summary
A medical facility located near David City Nebraska is seeking a full-time permanent Operating Room Manager to join their team!
The Operating Room Manager Job Opportunity:
- Full-time direct-hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule
- Great leadership and administration team!
- The Manager supports daily operations of surgery center including registration pre-admissions operating rooms same-day surgery and sterile processing. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting staffing scheduling regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Oversees technical aspects of procedures personnel training equipment maintenance quality control and overall operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Outpatient setting
The Operating Room Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have BSN
- Must have active RN license
- Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience in perioperative care
- Must have at least 1 year of nurse management experience
