| Qualifications | Responsibilities Job Title: Location: Tampa FL Overview: IT Salesforce Release Manager will be the liaison between the Product Owner user stories and developers to ensure the completeness and testing approvals for deploying code and configuration through Copado. This position should have strong skills in CI/CD processes and adhere to required documentation for audit purposes. Candidate will need to be fluent in English to support our global organization. Job Responsibilities: Testing Documentation and Procedures - Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes designs etc.)
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures monitor systems health gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

Systems and Application Development and Deployment - Participate in the deployment maintenance upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
- Participate in the development analysis prioritization and organization of specifications data mapping diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Implement best practices for scalability supportability ease of maintenance and system performance

| REQUIRED SKILLS | Requirements: - Languages: English and Portuguese
- Copado CI/CD for a large organization with specific focus on deployments and pipeline management
- Copado Release Management experience
- Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD / OTC area will be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of PriceFx
- 7 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of business processes and how data and software applications support those processes
- Strong computer hardware software and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in estimation and planning
