Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Jackson MS
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Perform user group role and access management
Configure and maintain:
Forms lists UI policies and business rules
Client scripts and workflows
Manage incident problem change and request modules
Monitor system health performance and availability
Perform upgrades patching and release management
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Maintain documentation and follow ITIL best practices
Support integrations with third-party tools and systems
Ensure platform security and compliance standards are met
5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
Strong knowledge of:
ServiceNow ITSM modules
User & role administration
Workflows UI policies business rules
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades and releases
Experience working with ITIL processes
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Experience with:
CMDB and Discovery
Service Catalog
Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience in government or public sector projects
Knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (preferred)
