Job Summary

About the role

As an Associate Machine Learning Engineer you will be instrumental in advancing our recommendation algorithms and content embeddings directly driving the growth and success of our Video and Audio Stories Platform.

Responsibilities:

Support Content Recommendations: Assist in building and refining recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized content to our users.
Assist in Predictive Modelling: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop models that predict user behaviour and content preferences.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Help analyse user behaviour and content performance to identify trends that drive engagement and retention.
Experimentation & Testing: Support A/B testing efforts to assess the effectiveness of recommendations and content strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in machine learning or data science.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning or related fields.
Good knowledge of Python DSA and exposure to machine learning techniques like classification regression clustering and recommendation systems.
Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Interest in content and user experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS GCP) SQL or big data tools like Spark.
Passion for recommendation systems and content embeddings.
Masters from Tier-1 colleges
